The course has been slightly varied for the 2021 David Reid Homes Grafton to Inverell with a new route through Glen Innes. On the approach to Glen Innes at the 158km mark, riders will take a right hand turn onto Grafton Street and negotiate a 300m long climb at an average of 9% before descending into the outskirts of Glen Innes. The feed station is now located on Coronation Avenue. The distance of the event remains unaltered at 228.3km. There is also a new sprint point location on the approach to Glen Innes just before the Golf Links Road turn off at the 156km mark.
