New Features of the 2019 G2I
- The women’s des Femmes will have increased prizemoney and a QOM classification
- The Cattle Creek climb will be incorporated into the KOM/QOM classification for all categories
- There will be great new award jerseys from our new sponsor JAKROO that will incorporate the significant features of the region
- Increased recognition for Division 2B and Division 3B place getters
- Multi-cultural festival held in conjunction with the event finish
- Separate start for the Challenge category riders with their own convoy (pending on entry numbers)
- Photographers assigned to all Divisions
- Live race coverage for supporters at the Mount Mitchell Feed Station
- Live streaming of the event via National Road Series Facebook and via Kayo and FOX SPORTS
What Great Features will be back?
- The ‘JAKROO Guardian Angels’ will return to support riders getting to the finish under the time-limit
